The Elite ETC Crew represents the highest performance tier within the ETC pathway.

​

Designed for athletes aged 15+ competing at State, National and International levels. This squad supports athletes striving toward Australian Athletics High Performance pathways. These athletes are dedicated to elite standard of competition and training.

This group is by invitation.
​Entry is selective to protect our culture, standards, coaching quality, and the integrity of the training environment.

Elite placement is offered to athletes who demonstrate:

• Technical quality and execution

• Consistent training habits

• Growth mindset

• Long-term development potential

We uphold a culture of support, inclusion, passion and dedication. This requires athlete commitment, team-work, eagerness to learn and grow. Not recommended for casual athletes.
