Each session is tailored to the individual athlete, taking into account their age, experience, goals, and areas for development. Coaching focuses on technical refinement, efficient movement mechanics, structured skill progression, and performance habits that transfer directly to competition. Where appropriate, video analysis supports clarity, understanding, and measurable progress.
Private coaching plays a key role within the ETC athlete pathway, supporting athletes at different stages of development. For junior athletes, the emphasis is on building strong foundations and confidence. For senior athletes, sessions become more performance-driven, targeting speed, technical precision, and competition readiness. Coaching can be delivered as a standalone option or alongside squad training to accelerate progression.
