Junior ETC Crew

The Junior ETC Crew is a structured development program for athletes aged 11–17, focused on building strong technical foundations, movement quality, and confidence within a positive and motivating training environment.

The program supports athletes in developing correct sprint mechanics, coordination, consistency, and performance habits that form the base for long-term progression within the ETC pathway.

Training runs weekly during the school term (excluding the first week back).

Commitment & Standards

Sessions are intentionally capped at 10 athletes to maintain high coaching standards and ensure individual technical feedback within a focused crew setting.

ETC is a committed training environment. Athletes are expected to:

• Attend consistently
• Train with effort and focus
• Apply coaching feedback
• Contribute positively to crew culture

This structure allows coaches to monitor progress closely, build strong technical habits, and support long-term development within the ETC pathway.

What to Bring

• Running spikes (if applicable)
• Suitable training shoes
• Water bottle
• Weather-appropriate training clothing
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
